Product return / replacement
You have the right to return purchased product(s) and request replacement in all cases when different or defective product(s) has been delivered to you on our fault.

Before returning a product, it is recommended to consult first with the online store cozykids.gr. In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions: 1. Contact the online store on the same day or the next working day. 2. In case of replacing or refunding within thirty (30) calendar days (as per article 4 par.10 of law 2251/1994), the product must not have been used/opened and in pristine condition. 3. The product has to be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. invoice, retail receipt, etc.).
Orders can be cancelled in the following cases: Before an order is completed, during the electronic ordering process, you can go back and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button. Order delivery delay
The delivery of your order may be delayed for one of the following reasons:
- The product shipment has been delayed by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers. However, there are cases where an order might "stuck" at the customs or at transport, resulting in not having it in our warehouses as expected. In such a case, we will contact you to ask whether you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative. Otherwise, we will send this item to you immediately upon its arrival in our warehouses.
- The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: Among the products we display on our online store, there are rare cases where the supplier suddenly and without prior announcement removes them from availability. In such a case, one of our partners will contact you directly and explain all the alternatives.
- During periods of extreme weather or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
- If we cannot reach you by phone and/or by email, before processing your order and there is a problem with your order, in relation to either the product or its payment, e.g. the information entered is not valid or properly updated.
- Cozykids.gr sends informative emails (newsletters) occasionally.
- Cozykids.gr is not responsible for undelivered newsletters, although it makes every effort towards their delivery.
- Newsletters might end up in the spam/junk or Promotions folder, so please check regularly that they are not stored there.
