Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns for both retail and online stores.
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
• Analyze consumer trends and insights to drive marketing decisions.
• Lead the online e-shop platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and digital marketers to optimize online visibility.
• Execute marketing strategies, events, and promotions.
• Drive digital campaigns to increase web traffic, online sales, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align promotions and drive revenue.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Oversee social media marketing strategies and content marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing management experience, with a focus on both retail and e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders.
• Analytically strong, with experience creating strategies to optimize both online and offline channels.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think critically and problem solve.

• English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Softone ERP will be considered a plus.
